Hugo Rosa holds a master's degree in Strategic Marketing from the Instituto Superior de Comunicação Empresarial (ISCEM) and a postgraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Creation (INDEG/ISCTE).

Since 2012, he has been working at Philip Morris International in different European countries and is currently living in Madrid, Spain.

With over 17 years of experience in the FMCG (Chrysler – Portugal) and non-profit sectors (TESE and Beta-i), he has a consistent track record of proven leadership through managing large teams and improving the customer experience.

Born and a resident of Lisbon for over 20 years, he is highly motivated to explore and contribute to the city's real estate rehabilitation.

João Costa holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from IST, an MBA from Lisbon MBA (Universidade Nova de Lisboa and Universidade Católica) and more recently, graduated with distinction from the Global Executive MBA at INSEAD.

He has over 20 years of experience in Marketing and Sales and began his career in Telecommunications (Portugal Telecom and NOS) and spent 14 years working at Philip Morris International in different countries across Europe and Asia.

He has vast experience in senior leadership, setting up and managing large international teams and P&Ls.

He has a strong passion for Lisbon, his hometown, and for the opportunity to contribute to its real estate rehabilitation.

Rodrigo Rodrigues holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Porto and a postgraduate qualification in International Trade, completed during his time at AICEP.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Rodrigo has worked across different sectors. He began his career in entrepreneurship, later moving into International Trade and then Telecommunications within the Sonae Group, before transitioning to the fast-moving consumer goods industry, where he spent over 15 years at Philip Morris International.

He has worked across six markets in four different countries, specializing in general business management and leading large teams. He was a member of the Tabaqueira Management Team and served as General Manager of the Andorra affiliate, where he managed a business generating over USD 20 million in operating income.

Originally from Porto, he now lives in Lisbon with his family. Over the years, he has developed a strong interest in the real estate market, where he has made several investments.

Gonçalo Castro Nunes is a specialist in strategic and operational management in the construction sector. Over 20 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and optimizing processes. Strong focus on construction planning, relationships with clients/public bodies, and financial control.

Solid experience in residential, commercial, and rehabilitation works;

Establishes strategic partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors - Strategic and Operational Planning;

Construction Management and Leadership of multidisciplinary teams with engineers, technicians, architects, etc.

Negotiation with clients and suppliers;

Miguel Caetano has 25 years of experience in different areas, from Trade Marketing, Logistics, Sales Consulting, International Commercial area, and Real Estate investments. Founder and Executive Director of an innovative company in the Trade Marketing business, and executive member of the council of an International Trading Company.

Direct participation in the development of various projects, services in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Events, Business Management, and International Trading.

Continuous experience in leading people and multidisciplinary teams in various national companies.

A very experienced worker, with resistance to risk and pressure, a specialist in conquering new markets, motivated, committed, and highly dynamic.

Excellent communication, performance, and negotiation skills in strategic environments for problem-solving.

Tiago Silva Dias was born in Lisbon in 1965. He graduated in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Lisbon (1989).

After his training, he worked with several architects and in local administration, namely at G.A.T. of Elvas and in the Municipal Directorate of Urban Rehabilitation of the Lisbon City Council.

He focuses his professional activity on the authorship of various projects developed at SILVA DIAS – arquitectos, an atelier he founded in 1995.

His works include: Lisboa Story Centre, integrated into the rehabilitation and reconversion of the Nascent Wing of Terreiro do Paço and the "Pátio da Galé", part of the former residence of the United Kingdom's ambassador; requalification of the public spaces of Mouraria; Municipal Market of Pinhal Novo; MMI-Unilever Building | Francisco Manuel dos Santos Foundation; Hotel Aurea Museum; rehabilitation and expansion of the Basic School of Bairro de São Miguel – Lisbon; Alma and MAAT Restaurants, etc.

Winner of several national and international awards, as well as public and private competitions, his work has been presented in various books, physical and digital periodicals, in Portugal and abroad.

Miguel Soro is the Founder and Managing Partner of MAADS Advisers, a financial boutique specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Debt Advisory, and Business Development.

He is also a guest professor in a Master's program at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto.

Before founding MAADS Advisers, Miguel held important leadership positions, including Director of Corporate Banking at novobanco and Banco Espírito Santo, where he gained extensive expertise in investment and corporate banking.

With a proven track record in M&A, Debt Restructuring, and other high-profile financial transactions, Miguel has been involved in some of the most notable cases within Portuguese corporate finance.
